This is how Konexo works with federal employees. Each stage is separate. Nothing here is automatic — and the third stage applies only to federal disability retirement case preparation.

A separate, voluntary engagement — specific to OPM Disability Retirement case preparation only — where Konexo becomes directly involved in preparation, document organization, application support, and ongoing process guidance. This stage has its own scope, fee, responsibilities, and limitations, disclosed before any work begins. It is not the automatic next step after guidance, and it does not apply to OWCP, FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, LWOP, or any other federal topic.

The only paid hands-on federal service is OPM Disability Retirement.
Konexo's three-stage model — including the optional paid hands-on support stage — exists only for OPM Disability Retirement case preparation. Konexo does not charge for hands-on OWCP, FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, LWOP, EEO, or any other federal casework. Those topics are covered through free education and guidance.
For our Individuals & Families and Business Owners audiences, there is no paid hands-on support stage. The conversation is educational. You will never be charged for a conversation, and no one will imply that a consultation leads to a fee.
