About Konexo
Konexo's federal-benefits education and consulting services are provided independently. Relationships with unions, financial professionals, or other organizations do not control an individual's decision to engage Konexo or require the purchase of another service.
Engaging Konexo is voluntary. You decide whether our education, navigation, or consulting services fit your situation — not a union, not a financial professional, and not any other organization. No relationship Konexo or its team members may have with another organization requires you to purchase a separate service, and no such relationship controls your decision to work with Konexo.
This page exists so that federal employees understand, clearly and up front, that their engagement with Konexo stands on its own.
Konexo is an independent consulting and educational organization. It is not a labor union and does not provide services on behalf of AFGE, APWU, NALC, NTEU, or any other labor organization unless an express written arrangement exists for a specific engagement.
Federal employees may have union representation available to them through their recognized bargaining unit. Konexo does not charge for, replace, or interfere with services a union provides to its members. If you have a union representative, that relationship is separate from any engagement with Konexo.
Konexo's team members may have personal experience in labor advocacy. That experience informs the educational work; it does not make Konexo an extension of any union.
Federal benefits decisions often sit alongside financial planning — retirement income, insurance, annuities, and investments. Those are separate professional services, typically provided by licensed financial professionals under their own regulatory framework.
Konexo does not sell insurance, annuities, or investment products, and hiring Konexo does not require you to engage any financial professional or purchase any financial product. Conversely, having a financial professional does not require you to hire Konexo. The two roles are complementary and independent.
Your decision to engage Konexo is yours alone.
No other organization controls or is required for that decision.
