Konexo was founded by Gabriel L. Medina Rodríguez. His credibility in the federal practice comes from having experienced complex systems from multiple perspectives — as a former federal employee, a former USPS employee, a union steward and chief steward, a former local union president, a disabled U.S. Navy veteran, and someone who personally navigated the federal disability retirement process.

He spent years counseling employees through OWCP and federal benefits questions, sitting across the table from federal agencies, and standing next to employees in meetings where the wrong documentation — or no documentation — changed the outcome. That background gives the Federal practice its depth — but it does not define the entire Konexo institution. Konexo serves three audiences, each with its own pathway.
